Hungary allowed the deployment of NATO troops in the west of its country, as well as the supply of weapons through its territory to other NATO member states
This is stated in the decree signed by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
The text of the decree was published in the official newspaper on Monday, March 7.
At the same time, the decree specifies that Hungary did not allow the supply of lethal weapons through its territory to Ukraine, which was attacked by the Russian Federation.
Recall that earlier Hungarian Prime Minister Orban said that his country would not supply weapons to Ukraine, since it itself needs all the weapons it has.
At the same time, Viktor Orban reported that Budapest would support the sanctions against the Russian Federation, which were agreed upon by the countries of the European Union.
