A municipal deputy in the Russian capital is accused of disobeying the police.
In the Russian capital in Moscow, the police detained the municipal deputy of the Krasnoselsky district of the city Ilya Yashin.
Russian journalist Irina Babloyan wrote about this in her Telegram channel on the night of June 28.
According to her, the opposition politician was detained during while walking, when he was sitting on a bench. The detainee was taken to the Luzhniki police station.
Later, Babloyan became aware that the oppositionist was accused of disobeying the police. He was allowed to see a lawyer.
Earlier, on May 25, Yashin was fined 30,000 rubles under the article about “discrediting the Russian army” after he published photographs of 1969 protests against the Vietnam War, which he signed like this: “Bombing for peace is like fucking for innocence. 50 years have passed, but the slogans are still relevant.”
