The guides are crew members. They are helped by cadets of the Marine Technical College. However, most of the spectators looked at the icebreakers from the shore.
“Great start to the season! Coincided with such a bright holiday. Lots of people, lots of positive emotions, wonderful atmosphere. Children and adults have a lot to see, ”local resident Lyudmila Erikova shared her impressions.
On the Neva and the canals of the city – a river carnival. Dozens of pleasure boats were decorated with balloons. Passengers – dancers and singers.Under the bridges, water trams drove to the accompaniment of Russian folk music.
Street musicians organized their own festival. 14 bands will perform at different venues. Everyone will play – from classics to rock, and even perform their favorite song to order.

Despite the cool weather, the tourist season in St. Petersburg started on time. This summer, the city is expecting at least five million guests.
