Former chief sanitary doctor of Russia Gennady Onishchenko gave the Russians the main advice and recommendations on the morning after the New Year celebrations. Writes about this KP.RU.
According to him, after the feast, it is most useful to use the so-called thermal stimulant of general physical health and go to the bathhouse. In addition, according to him, you can do snow removal.
In addition, the specialist emphasizes, January 1 should be spent in a mode of food consumption. At the same time, half-eaten meals should be eaten only if they have been stored in the refrigerator and kept in suitable conditions.
“In this rhythm – if we spend these long vacations, or weekends, or holidays until January 10, then we will definitely gain strength and with optimism, with a healthy desire to work, we will start our 2022,” concluded Onishchenko.
On December 26 last year, Onishchenko called a ten-day vacation on New Year's holidays a dangerous tradition. He urged to make the most of these days “for the good of health”, for example, skiing.
