The portal Gizmochina became aware of OnePlus's response to the explosion of this manufacturer's smartphone. It is noted that upon the incident, the support service quickly responded to the problem and did not remain indifferent about the user receiving further assistance.
According to the portal, the incident occurred with the OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone. The device exploded 5 days after purchase. The owner was riding a bicycle at that moment, and because of the explosion she got into an accident and was injured.
OnePlus representatives said they immediately launched an investigation after the incident. As a result, the company's specialists came to the conclusion that the smartphone exploded due to external factors, and not due to marriage. Also, the company representatives assured the buyers that their products undergo strict quality checks before entering the market.
