“Today a ballistic missile from Russia may well reach Spain,” Robles said.

“Sometimes I get the impression that we are not aware of the enormous danger that exists at the moment. And not only in Ukraine, but also in Gaza and the Sahel, where I am very pessimistic about the situation” , she said.
Regarding the request for rearmament of the European Union by some of its leaders, Robles argues that “the threat is total and absolute. One need only listen to Putin’s latest statements in which he talks about the possibility of nuclear aggression.
“Europe must be aware that the danger is very close, this is not a pure hypothesis, it is real,” Robles noted.
She added that countries neighboring the Russian Federation are aware of the threat.
“Perhaps those who live in the south do not have such awareness. We must be fully aware that our democratic values and peace in Europe are under threat,” the minister said.
According to Robles, Spain will continue to do everything in its power to help Ukraine.
“Supporting Ukraine means not only protecting its territorial integrity, but also something much more important, namely peace and the values that characterize democratic coexistence in Europe and which Putin clearly threatens,” she said. < /p>
