On Wednesday night, residents of Moscow will be able to observe a unique phenomenon – atmospheric fireworks, said the specialist of the Phobos weather center, Evgeny Tishkovets, on his Instagram.
“Bad weather will be accompanied by a heavenly light show – lightning discharges of atmospheric electricity, thunderstorms and lightning. Dazzling light zigzags will be especially visible on the night horizon to the west of the capital, ”wrote Tishkovets.
Up to the middle of the night in the Russian capital, up to 13 millimeters of precipitation is predicted, which is 17% of the monthly norm.
In the southwestern, western and northwestern regions of the Moscow region, up to 15-20 millimeters of precipitation is expected – 20-25% of the norm in August.
