North Korean troops involved in the fighting in the Kursk region together with Russian occupiers are a certain problem for the Defense Forces of Ukraine due to their numbers.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Sirsky stated this on the air of the telethon “Yedini Novyny”, commenting on the situation with the DPRK soldiers in the Kursk region.

— This is a problem for us, because this is also an enemy. The enemy is numerous — an additional 11 thousand fairly motivated fighters who carry out offensive operations. They act according to Soviet tactics — in platoons and companies. That is, they take their mass, — said Syrsky.
According to him, in today's conditions, war is a little different due to the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

As a rule, this is an assault group as part of a squad or unit, the core of which is a squad.
