No additional cases of the new coronavirus have been reported in Wales alone
The number of patients with the new coronavirus Omicron strain has increased in the UK. Over the past 24 hours, more than 1,000 new cases of Omicron have been recorded in the country, which is almost double the previous daily maximum.
