“Those who receive a pension of 10-15 thousand rubles read this, I think, with a kind of indignation. They will not accept that someone lacks certain large sums. But this is Natalia's personal opinion, ”Zhulin said. He added that in Russia it is necessary to increase pension payments in order for citizens to have social protection.
