Olympic champion from Canada Megan Duhamel in an interview with YouTube channel TheSkatingLesson criticized the skating of Russian figure skater Anna Shcherbakova.

Duhamel called Shcherbakova's skating painful and considered that it was impossible to enjoy it. She stated that a world champion should be a versatile person who enjoys performing and winning. “It should not be torture for her, she should feel the energy, and not perform because she is forced by the coaches,” added the champion.
