For almost the entire last year, some kind of madness has been going on in the video card market. Each new model is bought up almost instantly by miners and resellers, which is why ordinary gamers are forced to purchase them at greatly inflated prices.
It would seem that fresh news from the Asian media could be encouraging – judging by their words, NVIDIA plans to begin increased production of relatively inexpensive RTX 3060 in June. But, unfortunately, the first batches will be intended exclusively for Internet cafes and gaming clubs, writes Hardware Times.
The thing is that such establishments are very popular in these countries.
Note that the July consignments will be sent to retail chains. This means that some of these video cards may end up in your and our hands, and at fairly affordable prices.
Recall that in general, the shortage of video adapters of the Ampere line and PlayStation 5 consoles is scheduled until the end of 2021 or even the beginning of 2022.
