19,000 patents registered by Xiaomi
Xiaomi said that by the end of 2020, it had 19,000 patents registered around the world in its luggage. Moreover, almost half of them were received outside of China.
In addition, the company has registered more than 27 thousand trademarks worldwide. The company has filed applications in more than 160 countries. Xiaomi claims to be in the top 15 list of patents related to 5G standards now.
Xiaomi said it will continue to focus on technology, move forward and innovate.
Earlier it became known that in terms of global deliveries of smartphones for the first quarter of 2021, Xiaomi was in third place with 49 million units delivered. The company posted 80 percent growth over the same period last year.
