Ukraine is not mistaken that it is winning the war with the Russian Federation. This was stated by the US Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs< strong> Victoria Nuland during an online discussion at the Kiev Security Forum on 24 March.
According to Nuland, Ukraine is defeating “the seemingly great Russian armed forces” for three reasons:
- support;
- freedom;
- truth.
Why is this happening? Because you have the support of the entire democratic world. And you also have two things that Putin denied his people: you have the truth and you have freedom. The US Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs also said that before agreeing on a peace agreement, a ceasefire should be fired in Ukraine.After that, according to her, a withdrawal plan should be formed Russian troops from the territory of our state and the restoration of Ukraine.
