He explained that pressure on the aggressor country from the world community will lead to Vladimir Putin realizing that it is in his interests to end the war. However, this will take time. After all, for now Russia is betting on a war of attrition. The Russian dictator is not interested in the deaths of soldiers, but only in the fates of Russian oligarchs.
