Since the beginning of the war, border crossings have been filled with people, but not only in the direction of Ukraine. Over the past 5 days, almost 80,000 of our compatriots have returned to their homeland, the press center of the State Border Service reports.

The State Border Guard Service notes that most of the arrivals are men and adds:

– Patriots who worked or temporarily lived abroad arrive in Ukraine to join the ranks of the Armed Forces, other military formations and territorial defense forces.

Border guards also remind that all checkpoints on the western border operate around the clock. Checking and access operations are extremely simplified, and the list of documents required for crossing the border is simplified.
