Oystein Andersen, a medical worker of the Norwegian Ski Association, reacted to the words of the head of the Russian Ski Federation (FLGR) Elena Vyalbe about a loophole that allows the Norwegian national team to win at the starts. His words are quoted by Dagbladet.
