Norwegian biathlete Johannes Boe has commented on the accusations against the former head of the International Biathlon Union (IBU) Anders Besseberg. His words are quoted by TV2.

Be said that he had a positive attitude towards Besseberg, since he did not allow the victory of the four-time Olympic champion, Russian Alexander Tikhonov in the election of the new head of the IBU. The athlete added that he was happy about Tikhonov's defeat, as he considered it important for world biathlon.
