The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Norway has called on the citizens of the kingdom to leave Ukraine due to the “serious and unpredictable” security situation. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

“The Foreign Ministry does not recommend Norwegian citizens to travel to Ukraine for any purpose, and also asks Norwegians who are in this country to leave it,” the message says. Norwegians were also advised not to be on Russian territory within 250 kilometers of the Ukrainian border.

In addition, the Foreign Ministry recommended not to visit Belarus, with the exception of Minsk. Those who are in these areas were asked to monitor the situation and contact the relevant department for assistance with leaving.
