The sky over the Pak River, located 30 kilometers from Murmansk, once again shone with emerald colors, giving residents and guests of the region the opportunity to enjoy one of the most beautiful natural phenomena on the planet – the northern lights.
In the footage taken on Monday, you can see how the sky shimmers with malachite hues against the background of a black forest, sometimes forming a funnel.
The northern or polar lights are the glow of the upper layers of the atmospheres of planets with a magnetosphere, when interacting with charged particles of the solar wind.
