The North Korean dictator also once again threatened a nuclear strike in the event of an attack on his country.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said the country intends to accelerate steps to become a “military superpower” that will possess nuclear weapons. The dictator did not rule out that he could use this weapon in the event of an attack on his state.

This was reported by the official newspaper of the Labor Party, Rodong Sinmun.

During a speech at the National Defense University, Kim condemned South Korean President Yun Seok-yul for “colluding with Washington” to destabilize the region. He began to claim that North Korea is not currently interested in attacking South Korea. The dictator also said that he considers the Union of the South and the United States to be enemies.

“Yun Sok-yul made some vulgar comments about the end of the Republic in his speech, and this shows that he is completely consumed by blind faith because of his master. Frankly speaking, we have absolutely no intention of attacking South Korea,” Kim said.

The leader of the DPRK noted that in the event of an attack on the country, its army will use “all offensive power,” and stressed that he does not rule out the use of nuclear weapons.

“Our movement toward becoming a military superpower and a nuclear state will accelerate”, – said Kim.

By the way, at the end of September, the sister of the North Korean dictator Kim Ae-jong said that US military aid to Ukraine leads to an escalation of the war and “puts all of Europe on the brink of nuclear war.”
