Japan convenes National Security Council due to DPRK ballistic missile launch.
DPRK launched its second ballistic missile in the last 24 hours off its eastern coast.

The report indicates that after the missile launch, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida convened the National Security Council.
Tokyo reported that the missile would fall in the waters west of Japan's main northern island of Hokkaido.
The head of the Japanese government said that currently there are no reported casualties or damage as a result of the missile launch.
