Check the cable connection
- First, make sure you plug in the cable correctly and that the plug is inserted into the correct slot. Do not mix up the IN and OUT inputs if they are checked.
- Then carefully examine the cable. If the braid or the wire itself is damaged or broken, it should be replaced.
- The contact on the cable or in the connector may also come loose. Therefore, carefully pull the wire back and forth and see if an image appears on the connected screen.
- The HDMI port on the device may be defective. So check if the HDMI cable will work with another display.
- To get a picture on your TV, you must select the correct signal source. This can usually be done on the remote control using the Source button. Try switching between ports to find the one you want.

Other solutions: no signal via HDMI cable
In many cases, a cable that is too long can cause problems with signal reception. Then it is better to try using a Wi-Fi adapter and transfer the image to the display wirelessly.
If you want to connect your monitor to your computer via HDMI, make sure your PC has the most up-to-date graphics card drivers. If you are using a TV, also make sure you have the latest Smart TV and TV software installed.
