In one of the entertainment clubs in Warsaw, a Ukrainian spent 120 thousand zlotys (806 thousand hryvnias) per night. The man does not remember what the money was spent on.

As it turned out, the man and his friend were passing by the Go-Go club. They were invited to go inside by the girls who stood at the entrance. According to the Ukrainian, the young ladies saw that the citizens were “tipsy”, so they offered them “to continue a pleasant evening” and promised to treat them to their first alcoholic drink for free .
Later, the Ukrainian was invited to a certain VIP room . And what happened next, the citizen does not remember – he assumes that he could have been injected with some kind of substance, under the influence of which he forgot everything. In addition, he laments, the first alcoholic drink was not free at all.
“I suspect that something was poured into my drink. I no longer understood what I was doing. They brought me a terminal so that I could enter my PIN. I did not understand what amounts there were. Almost all the money that I had in my account disappeared. There are only 400 zlotys left, “the man said.
To understand the situation, the Ukrainian turned to the guards. For its part, the club provided a video recording from security cameras. As a result, law enforcement officers refused to open criminal proceedings and investigate the incident . At the same time, the victim believes that he is not the first victim.
“The collected evidence, the testimony of the victim and his acquaintance, video from surveillance cameras and the testimony of club employees do not indicate that a crime was committed. And even if in this situation the victim was drunk, he is responsible for his actions, “- said the representative of the District Court in Warsaw.
