Samsung wants to introduce new Galaxy smartphones in mid-March.
Samsung announced its second unpacked event for this year on Tuesday night. According to the invitation, the event is called “Galaxy Awesome Unpacked”. It should take place on March 17th, that is, Wednesday next week.
The new Galaxy smartphones that will be presented are likely to be the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 models. Rumor has it that they will hit the market for 350 and 450 euros respectively.
A big event for mid-range cell phones may seem a bit unusual, but the models are extremely important for Samsung as they usually make up the majority of sales.

Specifications
Both the Galaxy A52 and the A72 should alternatively appear in a 5G variant. Rumor has it that the cell phones are equipped with Super AMOLED screens measuring 6.5 and 6.7 inches. Both have the increased refresh rate of 90Hz as well as a Snapdragon 720G in the 4G and a 750G in the 5G variant.
In addition to a normal camera, the A72 should also have an ultra-wide angle and a telephoto lens. There is also a macro lens and a depth sensor. With the A52 you have to do without optical zoom.
What is also noteworthy about the A52 5G is that Samsung is apparently planning to provide monthly security updates for it. Up until now, this was only reserved for high-end devices.
