New Delhi launches first unmanned subway train
With the opening of the New Delhi Metro, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation will join the League of seven percent of the world's metro networks that can operate without drivers. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the country's first unmanned metro.

Unmanned trains will be fully automated, which will require minimal human intervention and eliminate the possibility of human factor and errors in transport management. The new six-carriage trains can accommodate 2,280 passengers.
At present, the Delhi metro is a network of 11 lines with a length of about 390 km with 285 stations.
Earlier it became known that in India, plastic waste began to be exchanged for food coupons. The pilot project is being implemented as part of a zero waste policy in a city on the brink of disaster.
And in Japan, an unmanned electric train began operating regular flights for the first time. The section where the electric train is fully controlled by artificial intelligence is approximately 13 kilometers.
