Ronald Koeman
New Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman commented on striker Lionel Messi's attempt to leave the club for the first time. His words are quoted by FOX Sports.
Koeman said that the situation hardly affected him, stressing that the main conflict was between Messi and the club's leadership. “Since then, I have talked with Leo, and we continue to work,” the coach said.
On September 8, Kohman's plans for Messi became known. He expects the player to concentrate on attack and not sink into midfield to receive the ball.
