The Dutch football defender Daley Blind will be able to play in the European Championship despite suffering a ligament rupture in his left ankle and a knee injury at the end of March. This was announced on Saturday, according to medical information, by the Netherlands team boss Frank de Boer, whose team in Group C will meet Austria's team in Amsterdam on June 17th. The 31-year-old Blind was nominated for the de Boers provisional, 34-member EM squad on Friday.
