29 aircraft of the People's Republic of China Air Force entered Taiwan's air defense zone without warning Taiwan.

“29 aircraft PLA-type Y-9 EW1, Y-8 ELINT1, H-66, Y-20 air refueling 1, KJ-500 AEW&C2, Y-8 ASW1, J-168, SU-304 and J-115 entered the South Taiwan's western air defense zone on June 21, 2022,” the island's Ministry of National Defense said in a statement.
It is worth noting that the largest Chinese air force incursion into Taiwan's air defense zone since January was at the end of May. Then 30 aircraft entered the air defense zone of Taiwan. Taiwan sent warplanes to warn the Chinese planes, and missile systems were deployed to monitor them.
Recall, Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe said Beijing would “won't hesitate to go to war” if Taiwan declared independence.
