Team of the deceased Russian oppositionist Alexey Navalny stated that his body is not in the Salekhard morgue, as the colony staff stated.
This was reported by opposition speaker Kira Yarmysh.
According to her, the lawyer and his mother Lyudmila Navalnaya arrived at the Salekhard morgue. However, it turned out to be closed, and over the phone the morgue reported that they did not have the body of the oppositionist.
“The lawyer and Alexei's mother arrived at the Salekhard morgue. It was closed, despite the colony's assurances that it was working and Navalny's body was there. The lawyer called the phone number indicated on the door. He was told that he was already the seventh calls today. They don’t have Alexei’s body in the morgue,” says Yarmysh’s message.
Recall that on February 16 it became known that Alexey Navalny died in a Russian colony. He seemed to feel ill during a walk, he lost consciousness. The doctors couldn't help.
Today, February 17, representatives of the politician made an official statement, that Navalny was killed on February 16 at 14:17 local time. Information about this is indicated in the official document issued by the mother of the oppositionist.
