Emanuel Pogatetz, actually only assistant coach at SKN, took over the loud command and was allowed to celebrate against Amstetten in the 2nd division.
Loud: SKN co-trainer Emanuel Pogatetz, in front of head coach Stephan Helm
After all, 1,673 spectators came to the NV-Arena to watch the first mixed doubles in Bundesliga history. First, the SKN men asked Amstetten for the Lower Austria derby in the 2nd division, followed by the women's top game SKN – Austria Wien.
The fans saw a natural spectacle in the 4-0 victory of St. Pölten: Emanuel Pogatetz, already known as a defender for his great commitment, paced along the sideline and actually coached loudly for 90 minutes. The 38-year-old, who ended his career 19 months ago, is officially only an assistant trainer at SKN: In contrast to head coach Stephan Helm, Pogatetz lacks the necessary training.
After the relegated team's disastrous start to the season with six defeats in eight games, the assistant took over the loud command for the first time in the cup win in Schwaz (3: 2).
Pressing sacrifice Alar
Against Amstetten, the word Pogatetz shouted most often was “Pressing”. That Deni Alar might be the wrong choice for this game idea brought by LASK could have been clear before the ex-Rapidler's costly commitment.
The 31-year-old was removed from the match squad (like Drescher). Together with ex-captain Riegler, the audience trio, which is as prominent as it is expensive, has 952 professional appearances.
With Gschweidl's 1-0 (36th), the uncertainty disappeared, Llanez made the decision (67th). Davies (76th) and Joker Hong (88th) ensured the victory.

Helm was happy afterwards: “It was a blueprint for what we want. But there is even better.” Regarding Alar's demotion, the head coach said: “We thought about what we needed for this opponent. It was a sporting and tactical decision. Deni took it like a full professional. From tomorrow everything will be open again.”
