The doctor noted that it is better to eat kefir, broth or soup. In case of poisoning, ascorbic acid, succinic acid, citric acid can also help, since they accelerate metabolic processes and prevent the process of excessive intoxication and hangover from occurring. However, this method should not be used if a person suffers from gastric ulcer.
