In December last year, Xiaomi announced the MIUI 12.5 update. None of the Poco smartphones have received an update yet, but that will soon change. The company has announced a firmware test for many of its devices around the world.
Unfortunately, the list of models does not include the Pocophone F1. Perhaps this device will not receive MIUI 12.5 at all, it is possible that it will receive it, but not as part of the test program. The Pocophone F1 is currently running Android 10.
The following models will receive the global stable MIUI 12.5:
POCO F3; POCO X3 PRO; POCO X3 / NFC; POCO F2 PRO; POCO X2; POCO M3; POCO M2 PRO; POCO M2; POCO C3.
It is unclear when exactly the firmware will begin to be distributed.
