The suspects in the case of the murder of an 11-year-old boy in Zaporozhye confessed to committing another crime. One of the previously convicted men told about a kidnapped and murdered woman whose body was thrown into the river.
According to the National Police, a 49-year-old local resident has been wanted as missing since September 2021. The woman’s corpse was found at the place indicated by the attackers.
To cover up the murder, the men burned the victim’s clothes and personal belongings, and her body was thrown into the Taschenak River. The police appointed a number of examinations to clarify the details of the massacre.
The Prosecutor’s Office has opened two more criminal proceedings under part 2 of Article 115 (Premeditated murder) and part 3 of article 146 (Unlawful imprisonment or kidnapping) The Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The murder of a boy in Zaporozhye
Unfortunately, this is not the only murder in Zaporozhye, in which malefactors are accused. Two previously convicted men are suspected of kidnapping and brutally murdering an 11-year-old boy.

According to investigators, the defendants abducted a schoolboy, kept him in the basement for two weeks, killed him and buried him in the cellar. The offenders were detained in one of the apartments in the city of Zaporozhye, where they were hiding during the pre-trial investigation.
For this crime, the men were charged under article 115 (Premeditated murder) and article 146 (Unlawful imprisonment or kidnapping) The Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Attackers can go to prison for 15 years or life imprisonment with confiscation of property. Pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings continues.
