One of the murder suspects 9 -year-old Ukrainian Valeria presented an alibi.

It was previously reported that two men are suspected of murdering young Valeria in the city of Debeln: her mother’s ex-boyfriend Andrei from Moldova and their 55-year-old neighbor Gennady from Ukraine. On Thursday, June 13, the Ukrainian contacted BILD and denied the suspicions. He presented stamps in his passport, a receipt, as well as new teeth as evidence that he had been in Istanbul for the last few days, where he had been treated by a dentist.
Gennady has already given evidence to the German police. He admitted that he had previously been in a relationship with the girl's mother. They met two years ago in Germany and remained a couple for five months. The disagreement was not peaceful, the man even threatened the woman. But he had “good relations” with Valeria herself, and her death “hurts my heart,” the Ukrainian said.
Andrey from Moldova permanently lived in Prague. According to BILD, on the day of the murder he arrived in Debeln and tried to contact the girl's mother. Neither Czech nor German law enforcement officers have yet been able to find him.
Recall that on June 3, 9-year-old Ukrainian Valeria disappeared on her way to school. She was probably taken into the forest and killed. There is information that shortly before his death, the child reported that he was being chased by an adult man.
