More than half of Russians admitted that they would not have dared to fly into space like Yulia Peresild and Klim Shipenko. 59.3% of respondents said that such an adventure is too risky for them. This is evidenced by the results of a study of the site KP.RU.
At the same time, almost a quarter of the respondents said that space flight is their dream. 24.1% of the respondents assure that they would be very happy about such an opportunity presented to the Russian film crew.
Moreover, 5.6% of respondents note that they would not only like to go into orbit, for example, as space tourists, but would gladly take part in the filming of the Russian film “Challenge”.
Another tenth of Russians admitted that the idea of going into space scares and inspires them at the same time. 11% of respondents voted for the option “I want to go to space, although I'm afraid of it.”
Research in social networks was carried out by the site KP.RU. The survey was attended by 3.5 thousand people.
Recall, on the eve of October 5, for the first time in history, a film crew went to the International Space Station. Russian actress Yulia Peresild and director Klim Shipenko plan to spend 12 days at the station and shoot the world's first full-length film in space. The project has already received the name “Challenge”.
All the world media wrote about the sensational breakthrough of Russia and the filming of a feature film in zero gravity. Western journalists recognized the triumph of Russian science, noting that the country again became the first in space.
Earlier it was reported that Hollywood is also planning to shoot an art picture in space. The lead role will be played by Tom Cruise, who has already begun flight preparations in collaboration with NASA and SpaceX.
