Moscow is preparing a response to the decision of Bulgaria, Poland and the Czech Republic to close flights for Russia

Bulgaria, together with Poland and the Czech Republic, officially notified Russia of the closure of airspace for Russian airlines due to the situation in Ukraine. This was reported to TASS by a source in the Russian airline.
According to him, Moscow is preparing retaliatory measures to the decision of the countries. “Bulgaria, Poland and the Czech Republic sent NOTAM (a notification that prohibits flights at the indicated airports – approx. “Lenta.ru” ), we are evaluating [our further actions],” the source shared.
Earlier, the two largest British airlines reported that their aircraft had stopped using Russian airspace. According to a statement by British Airways and Virgin Atlantic, the airlines stopped using Russian airspace after receiving confirmation that Moscow had imposed sanctions on London.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to conduct a special military operation in the Donbass. Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky announced the severance of diplomatic relations with Russia. Kyiv began the evacuation of embassy staff from Moscow.
