Moscow refused to participate in the consultations of the OSCE member states requested by Kiev on the issue of compliance with the Vienna Document on confidence- and security-building measures to clarify the situation on the Russian-Ukrainian border. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Grushko, reports TASS.

According to the mission of Poland chairing the organization, consultations will be held on February 15 at 17:00 Moscow time, RIA Novosti reports.

On February 14, it was reported that Ukraine had requested a meeting with Russia and the OSCE Vienna Document participating countries within 48 hours to discuss the movements of the Russian army, as it had not received a response to an earlier request. Kiev demanded from Moscow to disclose the exact areas of maneuvers, the number of military formations and types of weapons.
