The representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, made a statement.
“We share Beijing's reasoning. Russia is open to achieving the goals NVO through political and diplomatic means,” said the representative of the invaders.

According to Zakharova, Russia is in favor of stopping the supply of “Western weapons and mercenaries” to Ukraine. In addition, she believes that Ukraine should return to neutrality and a non-aligned state, recognize “new territorial realities.” That is, to make concessions to the Russian killers. She added that several points should be added to the “peace plan”. In particular, Zakharova demands that all sanctions be lifted and all litigation against Russia be withdrawn.

The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) believes that Russia is twisting China's words to justify aggression.
