Volunteer groups continue their raid on Russian territory.

Former Russian State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev says that the common goal of the Russian volunteers participating in a raid on the territory of the Belgorod and Kursk regions of the Russian Federation – a campaign against Moscow and the overthrow of the Putin regime.

However, he noted that for this to happen, the situation in the Russian capital must become precarious. For now, the volunteers are focused on inflicting maximum damage on Putin’s army and gaining a foothold in the liberated territory.

“The general task is Moscow, that's for sure. There are no doubts. But we can hardly expect that from this approach we will reach Moscow. We must go to Moscow when the situation there has already been shaken, and when it it will be necessary to finish off, to play in such an endgame,” the politician believes. and move deeper into the Russian Federation.

“Now the main task is to gain a foothold and hold a certain piece of territory, eventually unfurling a white-blue-white flag over it and declare some kind of shadow government there. Moreover, Putin’s legitimacy after “March 17, to put it mildly, is in question. Whether it will work out or not, there are big doubts, since there are objective limitations in weapons… However, now a large number of our forces are on the territory of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, this operation is still ongoing,” – Ponomarev summed up.
