According to them, due to the lack of telephone communication, the Russians had difficulties in obtaining consular services. The diplomatic mission called on to contact by e-mail on questions of interest.
On the evening of January 19, it became known that all city telephone lines were cut off at the Russian Consulate General in New York. Also, periodically there are problems with access to the Internet, the embassy staff said. According to him, there were no communication problems before.
