The administration of US President Joe Biden will announce a new package of sanctions against more than 300 State Duma deputies who supported the Russian army's invasion of Ukraine.

This was reported on Tuesday, March 22, by The Wall Street Journal, citing informed officials and internal documents.

The announcement of the expansion of the sanctions list is planned for Thursday, March 24, during Joe Biden's trip to Europe, where he will meet with NATO allies to agree on the next steps in a situation of war that unleashed by Russia.
