A woman in China forced her two young children to sit on the air conditioner outside her 23rd-floor apartment to annoy their father.

Residents of a community in Luoyang, Henan Province, heard the cries of a little girl on the morning of October 10 and found her and her brother in a dangerous situation.
Their mother was sitting on the windowsill, loudly arguing with her husband and not letting him approach the children.
The footage shows that both children were not wearing any protective gear, and the frightened girl was crying, while the little boy remained relatively calm. It is unclear what exactly the couple were arguing about.
A local resident reported the incident to the police.
“The fire truck arrived and the kids were saved,” said a representative of the local Women and Children's Federation, adding that they are investigating the case.
The police are also investigating the incident. There is no word on whether the mother will be punished.
Recall that the father hired a prostitute for his 13-year-old son and offered him cocaine. Things didn't end the way he planned.
