“We examined the mood of Russian society and separately could look at the mood of potential mobilizers, that is, Russian men aged 18 to 30 years, who, according to the updated legislation, can be mobilized and sent to front during the conscription. Later they will be forced to voluntarily and compulsorily sign the contract, because during partial mobilization they will sign it in any case,” – the message says.

“It is clear that under such conditions they cannot maintain a balance, so they have to sacrifice something. Now the Russians are trying to balance with economic incentives. losses. The war has been extended in time for an unknown amount of time period”, — added Shulga.
Earlier, the dictator's representative Peskov tried to reassure the Russians that they were not planning a new mobilization in the Russian Federation.
