Ministry of Emergency Situations since 2020 disinfected 65 thousand objects of education, medicine and transport

MOSCOW, October 4. / TASS /. During the coronavirus pandemic, employees of the EMERCOM of Russia disinfected 65 thousand objects of education, medicine and transport. This was reported to TASS by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on the occasion of Civil Defense Day, which is celebrated on Monday, October 4.

Units of radiation, chemical and biological protection are actively involved in measures to prevent new coronavirus infection, decontaminate social facilities and crowded places.

“Currently, more than 7 thousand medical and over 8 thousand educational, almost 50 thousand objects of transport infrastructure and 390 thousand units of transport have been disinfected,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
