Milonov considered that foreign players bought for a lot of money were to blame. “Clubs have long ceased to be Russian, they stopped speaking Russian there. We are buying a luxury second-hand in our championship for insane money, ”he said. The deputy added that in the Russian championship it is necessary to halve the number of foreign players.
