Ambassador Vasyl Bondar answered how Ukrainians can register for military service in Poland and why this is necessary.
The Ukrainian Ambassador to Poland, Vasyl Bodnar, told whether Ukrainian men in this country register for military service.
The diplomat said this in an interview with Glavkom.
According to Bondar, Ukrainians in Poland mostly register for military service using the Reserve+ application.
“Those who want to obtain, for example, a passport, cannot do it any other way. Then – through the consulate, where you need to show registration in “Reserve+”, or in the passport service of the State Enterprise “Document”, which is under the management of the State Migration Service of Ukraine (SMS),” the ambassador explained.
The diplomat clarified that even if a person is not registered for military service, he will definitely be registered when the documents are processed.
“That is, the issue of military registration was resolved in this way. And the acuteness of the problem, which was still a year ago, when there were restrictions on obtaining passports, has now been removed,” he concluded.
