Canada will give Ukraine spare barrels for Howitzer 777 guns

Canada will provide Ukraine with 10 spare barrels to support M777 Howitzer artillery pieces in working order. This military aid is estimated at about $9 million. and is being done in addition to the previously transferred M777 guns, more than 20 thousand shells for them and training on the use of this equipment, which the Canadian military is conducting for the Ukrainian ones, ”the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
The transfer of spare barrels will allow the M777 to support proper range and accuracy.
Since February 2022, Canada has allocated military assistance to Ukraine for 274 million dollars.
Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky commented on missile attacks on western Ukraine and said that Ukraine needs modern anti-missile weapons .
