A new Microsoft patent has been published online that describes a new design for Surface devices. They will receive many sub-screen image sensors that will form the famous company logo when the user does not need cameras.
Sources say Microsoft has recently been focusing on improving camera capabilities in devices. The new development of the company is called “Logo Camera”. Its essence is that the four image sensors will be located in the same way as the elements in the Microsoft logo. In addition, each camera will have its own color filter in accordance with the colors on the logo.
The sensors will be placed under the screen of Microsoft Surface devices. When the functionality of the camera is not needed, the sensors will display a color logo.
The sensors are also claimed to provide higher resolution and pixel density through optimization.
