The German authorities have decided to extend the strict quarantine in the country until January 31. It is reported by Reuters with reference to German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Merkel said Germany will take additional measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. She also called on all residents of the country to reduce their social contacts to the “absolute minimum”. It is noted that previously the regime of strict restrictive measures was in effect in Germany until January 10.
